Task Sequence são os passos necessários para a instalação/captura de um sistema operacional. Para criar um Task Sequence com a finalidade de instalar um Sistema Operacional, siga os seguintes passos:
1. Expanda Site Database, Computer Management, Operating System Deployment então clique com o botão direito em Task Sequences e selecione New e então Task Sequence.
2. Em Create a New Task Sequence selecione Install na existing image package e clique em Next.
3. Em Task Sequence Information coloque o nome, comentário e depois clique em Browse.
4. Em Select a Boot Image selecione a imagem de boot que será utilizada e clique em OK. Voltando a tela Task Sequence Information clique em Next.
5. Em Install the Windows Operating System, clique em browse.
6. Em Select na Operating System Image selecione a imagem de sistema operacional que deseja instalar e clique em OK.
7. Voltando à tela Install the Windows Operating System configure como a instalação do sistema operacional ocorrerá em relação à conta de administrador local, chave do produto, particionamento e formatação do HD. Clique em Next.
8. Em Configure the Network, configure as opções para colocar ou não o computador em um domínio e a conta de usuário que será utilizada para colocar a máquina no domínio. Ao finalizar, clique Next.
9. Em Install the ConfigMgr client, clique em Browse.
10. Em Select a Package selecione o package para a instalação do Cliente SCCM, clique em OK, depois em Next.
11. Em Configure State Migration, podem-se configurar as opções de Captura e Migração do profile do usuário. Selecione ou desselecione as opções desejadas e clique Next.
12. Em Include Updates in Image selecione a opção desejada e clique Next.
13. Em Install software packages, adicione a instalação de softwares que desejar e na hora da instalação clique no meu New (Ícone amarelo que parece um sol). Ao finalizar, em Next.
14. Em Summary, clique Next.
15. Em Wizard Completed, clique Close.

SCCM 2007 – Criando uma mídia de captura
Thursday, June 25th, 2009Mídias de captura são extremamente úteis quando já existe um Sistema Operacional instalado e configurado e requer apenas capturar a imagem. Para criar mídias de captura, siga os seguintes passos:
1. Expanda Site Database, Computer Management, Operating System Deployment então clique com o botão direito em Task Sequences e selecione Create Task Sequence Media.
2. Em Select Media Type, selecione Capture media e clique em Next.
3. Em Media Type, selecione o tipo de mídia desejada entre USB e CD/DVD. Caso selecione CD/DVD clique em browse para selecionar o nome/local onde deseja salvar o arquivo .ISO que será criado. Clique em Next.
4. Em Boot Image clique em Browse.
5. Em Select a Boot Image selecione a imagem de boot a ser utilizada e clique em OK.
6. Voltando à tela de Boot Image selecione o distribution point e clique Next.
7. Em Summary clique Next.
8. Em Wizard Completed clique Close.
SCCM 2007 – Adicionando Drivers a Packages
Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009Para criar driver packages, siga os seguintes passos:
1. Expanda Site Database, Computer Management, Operating System Deployment, clique botão direito em Driver Packages e depois em New, Driver Package.
2. Em New Driver Package, coloque o Nome, um comentário e um caminho onde deseja salvar os arquivos. Clique em OK.
3. Expanda Site Database, Computer Management, Operating System Deployment, Drivers.
4. Clique com o botão direito nos drivers que deseja importar para um driver packages e selecione Add dor Remove Drivers to Package.
5. Em Add or Remove Drivers to Packages selecione os Packages que deseja adicionar e clique em OK.
O próximo passo é adicionar o driver package a um distribution point. Para fazer isso, siga os seguintes passos:
1. Expanda Site Database, Computer Management, Operating System Deployment, Driver Packages, <Pacote de Driver> e depois clique em Distribution Point.
2. Clique com o botão direito no distribution point e New Distribution Points.
3. Em Welcome clique Next.
4. Em Copy Package selecione todos os standard distribution points que deseja e também os PXE distribution point. Clique em Next.
5. Em Wizard Completed clique Close.

What’s New in the Configuration Manager Documentation Library for June 2009
The following information lists the topics that are new or contain significant changes since the Aril 2009 update:
Overview of Internet-Based Client Management
- Updated to include task sequences as one of the features that are not supported when clients are managed on the Internet.
Out of Band Management Console Issues
- This topic now includes a note at the top that references the Intel vPro Expert Center: Microsoft vPro Manageability Web site, which should be checked for issues that are specific to AMT (such as behavior differences between firmware versions, how to install and configure the Intel translator, and how to configure AMT). This topic has also been updated to include the known issue of trying to run the out of band management console on Windows XP SP2 and Windows Server SP1.
How to Enable or Disable Certificate Revocation Checking (CRL) on Clients
- Updated to clarify that client functions that run as a result of task sequence actions always check the CRL in a native mode site, even after following the procedures to disable CRL checking on clients. This limitation will no longer apply in Configuration Manager 2007 SP2.
Ports Used by Configuration Manager
- Clarified that the configurable port TCP 9971 for the AMT management controller to the out of band service is used only for out of band provisioning, and is not used with in-band provisioning. If you are using out of band provisioning, and the server running the out of band service point has the Windows firewall enabled, ensure that this port is allowed.
